In place of the building, was the house where Magdalena was born November 15, 1847 Catherine Morano. Since his youth dedicated his life to teaching, to teaching and catechesis, until in 1879, thanks to the encouragement of Don Bosco took vows to become a nun of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians. Starting from 1881 is in Sicily, where they engage in the education of girls and young population belonging to classes. Maddalena Morano died March 26, 1908 in Catania, the same city in which, 5 November 1994, will be beatified by Pope John Paul II.
